창의적 직물조형에 관해 다양한 실험적 연구를 수행하고 이를 토대로 직조와 니트 기법을 사용한 예술적 직물 조형물 또는 창의적인 직물 상품 개발을 시도한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This module provides students with an opportunity to study different types of techniques and experimentation. Modern application of techniques can also contribute to the creation of 3dimensional textile forms. Through an advanced study on weaving and knitting, students develop a comprehensive working knowledge of the process of styling fabric for specific textile markets. Developing further the most interesting results from this experimentation, and according to their interests, students will create a woven or knitted fabric for apparel, home fashion, accessories and fine art. Hand loom and hand knitting machine are used to translate students ideas into creative designs in the medium of textile.
